Custom 3D Printing & Manufacturing Services.

Due to the highly personalized, made-to-order nature of custom 3D printing, all custom print sales are final.

No Cancellations: Once your submitted file enters production, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Design Disclaimer: We are not responsible for print failures, structural issues, incorrect tolerances, or poor fits resulting from inherent design flaws in the user-supplied 3D model (STL/OBJ/STEP) file.
Exceptions for Defects: If your custom print arrives physically damaged from transit, exhibits severe manufacturing defects, or fundamentally deviates from your approved specifications, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the defect and the original packaging to receive a free replacement or store credit.
